Who is ZEPHREN for?
For MDLPA-certified energy auditors who prepare energy performance certificates and audit reports. VerificAI, the separate application, is for certified design verifiers.
Which normative does the calculation follow?
The calculation software follows Mc 001-2022. The guides in the Guides section explain the legal framework it rests on, with the official sources and the date of verification.
How does the 30-day trial work?
The calculation software has a 30-day trial, with at most three official certificates issued during the trial (regenerating them does not count); VerificAI has a 30-day trial or three projects, whichever ends first. Neither asks for a card. The steps are described in the practical guide (in Romanian) «Proba programului de calcul, pas cu pas».
Can I see a calculation before I sign up?
Yes. Five reference buildings are calculated publicly, with all results, at the addresses /exemplu/m1 – /exemplu/m5, and the U-value calculator is free and needs no account.
Who is responsible for the certificate issued?
The certificate is prepared by the certified energy auditor. The software performs the calculation and generates the documents; checking the data entered and professional liability remain with the auditor.
Where can I find a certified energy auditor?
In the directory of auditors on the site, or in the public register of certified auditors kept by MDLPA.
Where can I read about the legislation?
In the guides and the blog: each article links to the official act and shows the date on which it was verified.
