Energy auditor
The ZEPHREN calculation software prepares the energy performance certificate (EPC) and its annexes under Mc 001-2022 and MDLPA Order 16/2023, from identifying the building to the Step 6 documents.
Design verifier
VerificAI is the workspace for the technical verification of designs: a verdict on each fundamental requirement, the normative basis cited on the edition in force on the date the documentation is filed for authorisation, and the draft report.
Technical expert
The Technical Expertise workspace calculates the three seismic risk indicators and the proposed classification, so that the expert starts the report from a verifiable calculation basis.
Technical execution manager
For the technical execution manager, ZEPHREN keeps together the duties set out in the law, the quality plan and the acceptance file, per project and per execution stage.
Site supervisor
The site supervisor works by determining stage: the application keeps the log, the records and the non-conformity report in a single file.
Designer
In ZEPHREN, the designer can prepare the thermotechnical calculation summary of the project, the schedule of determining stages and the fit within the urban planning certificate.
Architect
The workspace for architects has been decided but is not yet open: its screens (completeness of the PAC file (formerly DTAC), A-G pre-verification, urban planning) are being built, and the door will not open before they exist.
