Site supervisor: what ZEPHREN helps you do
The site supervisor works by determining stage: the application keeps the log, the records and the non-conformity report in a single file.
What you will find
- The product helps with the non-conformity report, the site log with records for each determining stage and for acceptance, and the index of the construction technical file.
- The document of the role is the record of a determining stage; the decision and the signature remain yours.
- The non-conformity report is submitted to the designer for resolution (art. 456 alin. (1) lit. c)); when the supervisor stops the works because of technical accidents or deviations, the supervisor notifies I.S.C. within 24 hours (lit. d)).
What the product does not do
Authorisation to continue the works is given by the county construction inspectorate, at the determining stages, and the construction technical file is not drawn up in the application: the screen is an index of its documents.
